Snoop Dogg Previews The Upcoming Cormier-Johnson Fight At UFC 210

With the next edition of the UFC just around the corner, I for one, cannot wait for April 8th. UFC 210 is the first MMA event to be held in Buffalo, New York, since 1995, and features the highly-anticipated rematch between Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson for the light heavyweight title as its main event.

With Cynthia Calvillo hoping to extend her 100 per cent record in the women’s strawweight division against Pearl Gonzalez, and Thiago Alves hoping to arrest his recent losing streak against the Canadian Patrick Côté, there’s plenty to get excited about ahead of the event this Saturday. But if you’re struggling to get hyped for UFC 210, then allow Snoop Dogg to raise your anticipation.

Of course, Snoop Dogg is better known for his massively successful rap career, as well as his many cameo appearances in television shows and movies alike. If at any point, however, Snoop Dogg decides that the rap game is no longer for him, he might have a profitable career as a commentator for the UFC.

Like all of us, Snoop Dogg is very excited for UFC 210 to get underway, and the Ultimate Fighting Championships have released a series of promos featuring the musician, taking us through a highlights reel of Daniel Cormier as we get ready for the Buffalo fight night on Saturday.

I’m a big fan of Snoop Dogg’s, but if he decided to stop releasing albums and focus on commentating MMA fights from today onwards, I would not be disappointed in the slightest.

Snoop takes us through some of Cormier’s best moments in his own signature style, whipping out a bunch of impressions that I did not know that Snoop could pull off. The promo for Daniel Cormier was pretty entertaining, so Snoop Dogg came up with another promo video, this time for Cormier’s opponent at UFC 210, Anthony Johnson.

UFC 210 is expected to fill out the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, with millions expected to tune in on television as well. But if the UFC decided to hire Snoop Dogg as a commentator full time alongside Todd Grisham, dropping Joe Rogan like he was hot, I doubt there would be many complaints from the faithful fans.
